I hosted Cooking Today on KNWA for 2 years which allowed us to win the Arkansas Broadcaster Award. From there, I went on to host for 1 year of Cook with Brooks statewide on Arkansas PBS
Hosted over 300 local and regional television shows. Then, for 1 year, I co-hosted a podcast, Soul Men of the High South {SMHS} - a deep dive into the Edible Culture of the High South with Case Dighero .
All that while while being Executive Chef and Teacher for various local restaurants and county clubs. For 3 years I was a Culinary Chef at Brightwater School,
10 years as Corporate Executive Chef for Tankersley Food Service, and now Owner/Chef Chef Brooks Catering LLC.
